About Account Deletion

When you delete your ZAIKO account, you will be automatically logged out.

Please note that you will no longer be able to access your purchased tickets, guest tickets, Digitama, and ONEFAN.

※ For AKB48 Group ID members:

"Eizo Soko" will not be automatically canceled. Please make sure to complete the cancellation procedure in advance.

If you are using the AKB48 Official Fan Club "Hashira no Kai" or "AKB48 Mail (Browser Version)," these services will also be automatically canceled when you delete your account.

Please note that even if you reactivate your account, your subscription status for these services will not be restored.
